Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept returns for any Truly, Teal purchases when products were purchased directly from TrulyTealBeauty.com within 14 days of purchase.

Refund Policy
- Email support@trulytealbeauty.com stating your reason. We may be able to help you find a product that better suits your skin type
- Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund.
- Merchandise must be in its original packaging
- We do not refund original shipping costs with the return
- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise
- Allow 2 weeks for the return to be processed

- Only items purchased on www.trulytealbeauty.com may be accepted for a return. Items purchased outside of the website from retailers cannot be returned
- All returns must contain 75% or more of the product. Anything less, the product cannot be returned
- Empty containers will not be accepted as a refund or exchange

Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused. If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
- We accept exchanges on items purchased on trulytealbeauty.com only up to 14 days after the original purchase.
- Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.
- If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.

Damaged Products Policy
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days. Please contact us at support@trulytealbeauty.com
